一般情況下,現貨商品會在確認付款後的 3-5 個工作天內寄出;而預購商品的出貨日期,則會清楚標明於各產品的描述頁面中,請在購買前稍加留意。

Q1. How are shipping fees calculated? What delivery methods are available?
We mainly use SF Express for deliveries within Hong Kong and Macau. Whether you choose door-to-door delivery or self-pickup at SF Business Stations, SF Stores, or SF Lockers, you can enjoy free shipping on any single purchase of HKD$400 or more. For orders under HKD$400, a standard shipping fee of HKD$30 applies to Hong Kong orders, and HKD$50 applies to Macau orders. As for overseas shipping to other regions, we will gradually open up these services in the future. Please stay tuned to our website for the latest updates.
Q2. When will my order be shipped? Will pre-order items be shipped separately from in-stock items?
Under normal circumstances, in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on each product's description page; please take note of this before purchasing.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, our system will default to waiting until all items have arrived before shipping your entire order together. If you are eager to receive the in-stock items first, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. If you request to split an order after it has been placed, we will need to charge additional shipping fees based on the discounted order amount and delivery method.
Q3. What happens if I fail to collect my parcel on time or if it gets returned?
Please note that if you fail to pick up your item on time or if SF Express cannot contact the recipient, SF Express may charge you an additional warehousing fee. If for any reason the item is not collected within the designated time frame, it will be considered an "abandoned parcel." If the parcel is returned to us as a result, or if it needs to be redirected to another address, any resulting return shipping fees or costs for a second delivery must be borne by the customer.
If you notice any delays in logistics, please call the SF Express Customer Service Hotline at +852 2730 0273 as soon as possible for assistance. (Service hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 - 20:30; Weekends & Public Holidays 08:00 - 20:00)
In the unfortunate event that a parcel exceeds the SF Express time limit and is returned to us, there will be a final 7-day storage period for the returned item. Please be sure to proactively contact our customer service team within this period. If you choose to have it delivered again, we will still need to charge the standard shipping fee (HKD$30 for Hong Kong / HKD$50 for Macau), even if the original order qualified for free shipping. If we do not receive any notification from you after the 7-day storage period, we will reluctantly have to treat the goods as a final abandoned parcel (which may include disposal or resale) and will not be able to offer any compensation. Our company will not be held responsible for any losses caused by abandoned parcels.
Q4. Can I get an exchange or refund if I receive a defective item?
We hope every customer receives their items in perfect condition. If you discover severe defects, damage, or a discrepancy with your order after receiving the goods, please contact us within 7 days of signing for the parcel. We will arrange an exchange for you as soon as possible, and our store will fully cover the round-trip shipping costs incurred.
Please note that our store only provides exchange services; we do not offer refunds. The only exception is if the defective or incorrectly shipped item is completely out of stock and we are unable to arrange an exchange for you. Only then will we refund the full amount of the item (including the corresponding shipping fee) to your payment account.
